It's open to every level: beginners who are just learning vinyasa, as well as intermediate and advanced practitioners wishing to refine these tricky transitions. While it's not guaranteed that you will be able to execute the "perfect" jump by the end of the workshop, you will have the techniques you'll need to work toward jumping transitions and to eventually achieve them over time.

Bandhas: what they are, and how they relate to jumping
Breath: how to ride the breath instead of throwing your bones around!
Practical exercises to strengthen arms and core in order to make jumping possible
