This is to start your journey to becoming an expert, participating in change or developing your skillset.There are unique concepts added to explain in simple terms on how change management operates in an organization.The first unique concept is the 'Square Fits the Circle', then later we discuss the 'Y' Change Curve to provide more detail on the journey required to develop a change management approach.As the student you can listen and learn - without any test or assessment.
