My overall goal was to find an investment vehicle that would provide me returns greater than the bank without having to invest a lot of time, money and management.Many states returns are in the high teens like Arizona at 16%, Florida at 18% and Colorado at a whopping 36%, but when you are bidding you bid for something lower than that, but much higher than banks.
