Are you often tired, feeling overwelmed and get affected by feelings and emotions? Sometimes you think it's your emotions and feelings, even sensations of pain in some parts of the body. When you can't find a reasonable reason of what causing it, probobly it's not yours - but established energy from others. Some of us have this experience every day!In this course you will get tools for release established energy in your body. This could be energy from the day, but it could also be energy from way back or even traumas from the past. Maybe you are a person that suffer from overthinking, or have sensations you don't know were coming from. This course may give you tools to release the energy, heal your mind, body and soul and get more flow in your live and find your balance. We will meditate, visulize, work with your intuition, practice your channeling and heal emotions and energy who's not betong to you. We will use nature, music and sound also as tools and we will use spiritual tools as cards, syncronisity and channeling. You will get many tools and after the course you will be able to use what workshop best for you.
